How Drop It Club works

There are three core phases of the program, and each phase has specific guidelines to follow.
 You will kick things off with kitchen and mindset prep to get you ready. 
 Then, you’ll start with Phase One and follow it for a minimum of four weeks. 
 You will advance to the next phase only when your weight starts to plateau. 
This is all about not being in a rush. We’re here for you no matter how long it takes. It’s better to take your time and never have to worry about it again than to rush things and have the weight come back. 
Weekly Connection Calls give you a dedicated space to check in, connect with others, share your wins and struggles, and get coached in a group setting.

Your investment

Take advantage of our pre-launch pricing by December 31st, 2024, and pay $399 $329, which covers the first three months of membership once we officially launch on January 6th, 2025. After the first three months, it’s $59 a month. You can cancel anytime.
I charge my one-on-one clients $6,000 to take them through this method. But when you sign up for Drop It Club, you get this signature program for a fraction of the cost.

Meet your coach

Up until 2015, I was a hot mess.

Today, I’m a certified life coach, an expert in whole-food plant-based eating, and co-founder of Clean Food Dirty Girl. Over the past decade, I've helped thousands of people lose weight, heal their relationship with food, and love their bodies.

I've never worked with anyone fancy like Jennifer Aniston or Rainn Wilson, but I did see Owen Wilson one time at my local farmers market. He was wearing a fluffy pale yellow sweatsuit and ROCKING it.

In 2015, I quit drinking alcohol, smoking cigarettes, and living on vegan junk food, and my body and world transformed. I can't promise an Owen Wilson spotting, but I can help you reclaim your life, your health, and your body with fierce joy and plenty of room for imperfection.

I’ve had a front-row seat to the world of plant-based eating for my entire career. I know it’s easy to stay in the unhealthy eating cycle, even with the best recipes and incredible intentions. FAQs

When are the live check-ins held?

We offer live Connection Calls once a week on Zoom. There is no set day or time. We switch it up weekly so as many people as possible have an opportunity to join us live. The monthly schedule is posted in the Drop It Hub. If you can’t make it live, the replays will be available for you in the Hub.

What will I eat?

This is all about eating whole plant foods. We provide guidance on what that includes as well as delicious recipes that fit each phase’s food guidelines. 

Does Drop It Club come with recipes and meal plans? 

We offer plenty of recipes but no specific meal plans. 

Can I get coached by Molly?    

Yes! All you need to do is come to the Connection Calls. They’re your chance to get personalized support and coaching from Molly in a group setting. 

Is this a live program?

Drop It Club comes with lots of active guidance and community, but ultimately, it’s a self-paced program that’s built to meet you where you are. We officially launch on January 6th, 2025, but registration is ongoing.
