When are the live check-ins held?

We offer live Connection Calls once a week on Zoom. There is no set day or time. We switch it up weekly so as many people as possible have an opportunity to join us live. The monthly schedule is posted in the Drop It Hub. If you can’t make it live, the replays will be available for you in the Hub.

What will I eat?

This is all about eating whole plant foods. We provide guidance on what that includes as well as delicious recipes that fit each phase’s food guidelines. 

Does Drop It Club come with recipes and meal plans? 

We offer plenty of recipes but no specific meal plans. 

Is nutrition information provided for recipes?

No, nutrition information isn’t provided for the Drop It recipes. However, if tracking nutrients and macros is important to you, you can use a tracking app to figure them out, or you can join our Meal Plan Club or Recipe Club. Nutrition information is provided for Meal Plan and Recipe Club members in the Clean Food Dirty Girl (CFDG) portal. 

Are the recipes suited to people with food allergies and sensitivities?

Our recipes are very forgiving, so most people can tweak and adjust them to suit their allergies and preferences. However, using our recipes isn’t mandatory for Drop It Club or required for your success. As long as you’re following the food guidelines for whichever Drop It phase you’re currently in, you’re welcome to use any recipes you like.

Can I pay for the first three months in installments?

Unfortunately, we do not have a way for members to pay in installments for the first three months.

What happens if I cancel?

If you choose to cancel, you’ll have access to the Drop It Hub until the end of your current billing cycle. After that date, your access to the Drop It Hub, the private Facebook group, and the Connection Calls will end. To regain access, you can reactivate your membership.

What if I want to reactivate after I cancel? 

We’d love to have you back! In addition to the $59 monthly fee, there is a reactivation fee of $29 applied to your first payment any time you cancel and reactivate. 

Can I get coached by Molly?

Yes! All you need to do is come to the Connection Calls. They’re your chance to get personalized support and coaching from Molly in a group setting.

Is this a live program?

Drop It Club comes with lots of active guidance and community, but ultimately, it’s a self-paced program that’s built to meet you where you are. We officially launch on January 6th, 2025, but registration is ongoing. 

Do I need to be a CFDG Meal Plan or Recipe Club Member to join? 

Nope! You don’t have to, but having access to all the best whole-food plant-based meal plans and recipes definitely makes things more delicious. Plus, if you’re a Meal Plan or Recipe Club member, you’ll get access to the Drop It Club recipes in the Clean Food Dirty Girl portal, which means you’ll be able to easily adjust the servings, check off ingredients and steps while you shop or cook, save recipes, and much much more. The memberships work beautifully together. 

What does Drop It Club have to offer that other weight loss or coaching programs don’t?

Most weight loss coaching places the core emphasis on mindset, with little to no mention of food. And most whole-food plant-based educators place the core emphasis on food in regards to weight loss, with little to no emphasis on mindset.

Drop It Club is different because it’s a holistic approach that encompasses both food and mindset. By being part of the coaching world and the plant-based world, Molly learned that to lose weight and keep it off, mindset is just as important as food, and food is just as important as mindset. They complement and support each other because when you get the food part basically worked out, the mindset part gets easier. And when you get the mindset part basically worked out, the food part gets easier. That’s what Drop It Club is designed to do.

How is Drop It Club different from past programs like Lighten Up, Lift Off, and Resets?

First of all, we’re stoked you’ve been with us for so long! Lift Off was a 90-minute masterclass that addressed emotional eating primarily due to unprocessed feelings. Lighten Up was a self-guided 30-day program that addressed food and movement with videos and resources. Our Resets have differed over the years, but they were all live 1-2 month programs that offered a ton of support and coaching during a limited time span.

Drop It Club is built with your progress in mind. Once you plateau while following the Phase One guidelines, Phase Two is ready to help you continue moving forward. And the Connection Calls are crucial to keeping you engaged, motivated, and helping you to find personalized solutions that really work for you longterm. 

What’s your refund policy?    

We built Drop It Club to meet you where you are and to support you as you lose weight in a sustainable way. We strongly encourage you to commit to at least three months of actively engaging with the community and following the phases. After all, the program can’t help you unless you use it. We know perfection isn’t attainable, so we’ve established a refund policy to help protect your investment and our program.

If you joined Drop It Club before January 6th, 2025: You are eligible for a refund of the initial purchase price minus a $50 administrative fee if the refund is requested before January 6th, 2025.

If you joined Drop It Club on or after January 6th, 2025: You are eligible for a 75% refund of the initial purchase price within two weeks of purchase. A completed Get Ready workbook is required to show good faith effort.

We offer a full refund of the monthly $59 fee as a one-time per customer courtesy if we’re contacted within 48 hours of the charge.
